Hi, I’m Molly…. Welcome to Moments & Musings
As a dedicated holistic health practitioner, I believe that each one of us has a unique way in which we support our mind, body, and spirit. I see wellness from a comprehensive perspective. That means its not black and white, or an end-all be all means. Rather, wellness is multi-dimensional, personal, and ever changing. It’s scientific and spiritual, and everything else in between.
When I started my health and healing journey, I wasn’t sure where to begin. I tried almost everything to figure out what was wrong so that I could restore my health and finally enjoy my life.
It took several years of deep inner work and exploring different techniques before I started to free myself from poor lifestyle choices and maladaptive coping behaviors.
Among the many tools, the yogic philosophy has been a consistent way to keep me grounded and connected to living a peaceful and balanced life.
My personal exploration and professional experience has driven me towards a life that values simiplicity, gratitude, nature, and community.
