Hi there, I’m Molly…..
I’m a wellness advocate and a holistic health practitioner. My expertise lies in self care and improving the quality of one’s life through meaningful activities. I am clinically trained as an occupational therapist and have worked in several different settings with all populations. I’m originally from New York, but have spent the last 10 years of my adult life traveling and working with individuals to improve their life experience.
Over the years, I have gained a plethora of knowledge and wisdom in holistic health and wellness for my own journey. Prioritizing my health has made such an impact on my life that I want to encourage and inspire others to be more aware and proactive with their own wellbeing.
Some of my favorite holistic modalities include Eastern philosophies of yoga, meditation, qi going, energy work, astrology, human design, and massage. I also value the importance of whole, clean food nutrition, physiology and biomechanics, movement therapy and exercise, supportive relationships and communities, sleep and stress management. To me, these aspects help offer a dynamic perspective of life and the vitality and energy available to us.
As a yoga teacher and on-going student, I help others learn how slowing down, taking time to breathe and stretch, and listening to their body are essential strategies for living a meaningful life. I share these techniques and teachings on my YouTube channel along with stretches and exercises you can do to address pain or imbalances in your life.
I hope to share with you valuable information about wellness, tease out some of the nuances and “fads,” and give you a few tools that improve the quality and experiences of your life.
