Transformational techniques for your mental and emotional wellbeing: Learn who and what can help you

I have to be honest with you….

In the last few months, I’ve been testing out deep subconscious clearing methods and their effectiveness on beliefs and manifestation.

I wanted to see how these approaches impacted my thoughts, feelings, experiences, relationships, and opportunities.

And really, I wanted to see if they worked and what kinds of things might be possible if I cleared my aura and opened myself up to something NEW.

You may know I am anticipating a transition this summer. I am in the process of selling all of my things and in June, I will be moving off of Hawaii indefinitely.

I have spent the last four years in Hawaii doing a variety of healing work and studying techniques to cultivate healthy self-esteem and a sense of self.

In my time here, I formulated a healthy eating style, morning routine, and work-life balance. I also developed positive relationships with people, and most importantly with myself. Being in Hawaii was the perfect environment I needed to heal from my turbulent twenties and to help me learn to love who I am.

But when I officially decided to leave Hawaii at the beginning of this year, I set the intention to add mindset practices to ensure I stayed in a healthy place.

And of course, the Universe/Source/God, or whatever you want to call it, sent people and opportunities my way to try a few new techniques for clearing and supporting my mental health.

First, I received an invitation to try hypnotherapy from one of my Human Design colleagues, Victoria. Then, I was invited to a conscious connection breathwork class at a local yoga studio. And at some point, I was re-introduced to brain and heart coherence theory by Dr. Joe Dispenza.

I went to each of these experiences and moved a lot of “junk.” Stuck and stagnant energy, repressed emotions—emotions I didn’t even know I had—and memories and traumas from my childhood were brought to the surface and removed….

In addition to the deep subconscious work, I have been experimenting and studying human design to see where I have been influenced and conditioned by the world around me.

Needless to say, I have been putting in the work, and for good reason….

Here’s why…

Since doing these techniques, I haven’t had a binge eating episode or pervasive negative body image thoughts.

I haven’t thought about my past relationship, analyzing and regretting things, clinging, or reaching out to old flings.

I haven’t broken down or had a panic attack about my future, job, or financial state.

I haven’t felt bitter or resentful towards people for not “seeing me” for who I am, or doing things to prove myself.

But instead, I have had the strength to forgive and let go of people who hurt or let me down.

I have been more loving, compassionate, and patient with myself, allowing me to be more present and proactive with my relationships, coworkers, and patients.

And I have received some major invitations and recognition in my virtual and in-person spaces.

But the most exciting finding of it all is knowing that those tools work. They work when you are committed to growth and have the support of a trained professional. They work when you are open and receptive to change. They work when you are willing to let go and move forward with whatever is holding you down.

Now, I’m not claiming or saying I am completely healed. But, I am passionate about sharing my story to inspire you to find the modality and medicine that you need to keep going.

Because I had such profound experiences with these techniques, I wanted to share with you the trusted resources and practitioners that I worked with and highly recommend.

1.) For guided hypnotherapy sessions, I worked with Victoria. She offers distance and in-person 3 hour long, hypnotherapy sessions that get to the root cause of your unconscious beliefs and behaviors and helps you find a clear and peaceful mind. You can read about my experience in my post, or connect with Victoria directly to learn more about her work. victoriahypnotherapy.com.

2.) For transformational breathwork, I attended a breathwork class by Eric Rosso at Yoga Room Hawaii where I sat with 45 other students to release deep-rooted emotions and limiting beliefs in the practice. I was so moved by my first class with Eric that I asked to interview him about breathwork. You can listen to our conversation here on YouTube.

3.) For brain and heart coherence and understanding what that is, I turned to Dr. Joe Dispenza. Dr. Dispenza is a neuroscientist who is paving the way for understanding how emotions impact our thoughts and our thoughts create our reality. He continues to research the human brain and teach people how to use their emotions and mind to make changes. His work has made strides in the neuroscience, metaphysics, and quantum physics fields that is shifting humaniti’s life experience. Here’s an interview with Dr. Joe Dispenza and Jay Shetty that I really like on YouTube.

As I mentioned, human design has been a tool that has added clarity and value to my life. In fact, it is the number one system that I resonate with that just made sense to the life I had experienced. Since learning about human design, I use my unique authority to make decisions and discern what is and is not correct. The system has provided me with so much peace, awareness, and understanding in my life.

While there are so many modalities and techniques out there for self-improvement and healing, those have been the tools that have made a significant impact on my mindset and energy in the last few months.

If you are interested in learning more or have any questions about my resources, feel free to email me; I’ll be happy to share my insights.

Have a great week and talk with you soon,

Molly

xoxo
